Idea 11: Combining systematic associations with City projects, enhance their involvement.
We start from a simple observation: An association is born of an individual or a group of people willing to help, prevent, teach, heal, discover, etc. ... Their motives and knowledge in the project where they are exercising less.
Combine them with our plans because we need their aid. We do not ordain be the solution to all problems but we will try to settle with the help of people whose knowledge and commitment is total.
