"ABUSE OF POWER"
SPEECH TO ACTION!
"Abuse of Power" is the title of the last book of Francois Bayrou, who rightly criticizes the autocratic head of state. We find in Lieusaint
methods and behavior worthy of our "hyper-President". Thus our
Hyper-Mayor "changes the rules of procedure of the City Council without consulting the elected representatives. Thus our
Hyper-Mayor "is appoint people to intercommunal bodies without prior call for applications. Thus our
Hyper-Mayor "invites some elected officials to certain events and not others, so our
Hyper-Mayor 'gets new residents by avoiding the presence of minority elected officials. Thus our
Hyper-Mayor "presents the public with a rehabilitation project of the Rue des Grands Champs without having previously informed the elected. Thus our
Hyper-Mayor "announces our adherence to the process of instruction and monitoring of RSA, while the Board of Directors of the CCAS has not yet taken a position.
We are far from participatory democracy advocated by the municipal team!
