2010 has been a difficult year!

Throughout this year I have been repeatedly denounced in my notes, the few cases that were our elected socialists and greens of these difficulties.
A draft budget discussed at the last City Council takes no account of these difficulties:
- Operating expenses will increase further,
- The debt per capita will be multiplied by 2 to compensate for the inability to carry the SAN Financing of the Cultural Center of the Great Farm,
- The Square will cost more expensive (my tickets in February and December)
- The expected revenue by establishing a clinic announced with great fanfare pompous statements disappeared (my notes from March to May),
- Elected officials will continue to pay benefits to a city of more than 20,000 people (my post of June), while combining the functions and benefits (my ticket in November),
- Demonstrations will continue expensive (my ticket in October),
2011 is there.
I hope that our Hyper-Mayor end the drift of a city dedicated to a few (my ticket in September),
